National Conference on Cybersecurity
National Authority on Cyber Security organized the National Conference on Cybersecurity, bringing together security experts, representatives from the public and private sectors, government cabinet members, and international partners to discuss challenges and strategies for protecting Albania's digital space.
The conference panels addressed current topics such as the protection of critical infrastructures, improving security in the energy and finance sectors, and the benefits for Albania from adopting the NIS2 directive. Panelists shared their views on the importance of inter-institutional cooperation to tackle cyber challenges and strengthen regional security. Discussions also focused on professional training, emphasizing the need to prepare new generations for cybersecurity challenges and include marginalized groups in this sector.
AKSK reaffirmed Albania's commitment to being a regional leader in cybersecurity, helping to create a safer digital future for the country and the region.
