Among SHUM services are: group vocational courses, on-the-job training personalized professional training, mediation and employment of our trainees and sector professionals, assistance in managing and marketing services different subjects within the scope of the association, assistance for the establishment of new start-ups of restaurants and hotels and training of relevant staff. SHUM also organizes seminars and masterclass with Albanian and foreign chefs.
For the high unemployment rates of young man and women around Albania and in Tirana, SHUM has a unique value proposition for qualification, certification and employment.
With very strong linkage with the employers SHUM has 100% employment rates for its graduates within 3 months from graduation. In addition, SHUM offers paid internship during the training period for its graduates, therefore as high as 100% of the tuition fee of the training can be covered by students during the course of the training. This is especially important for the marginalized groups and young people who have trouble with finances.
The marketing stagey will be able to raise awareness and expose SHUM strengths and its unique value proposition, aiming to attract more trainees, therefore train and employee more young man and women.
