During our final networking activity, we had the privilege of joining the now well-established community of career advisers from universities and municipalities across the country. This gathering served as a valuable space for reflection on our shared journey and for strengthening the professional connections built throughout the implementation of the youth employment project, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The positive energy and dedication of the participants once again highlighted the importance of inter-institutional collaboration in building a sustainable career guidance system.

As the project officially concludes this month, we feel proud of the network of career advisers we’ve helped build. These professionals have been at the heart of our efforts, providing continuous support to young people in finding their professional paths. Their commitment, expertise, and tireless work have been a source of inspiration for all of us and a clear testament to Albania’s potential to develop a career guidance system that responds to the needs of its youth.
