On March 2nd, representatives of business community in Albania, higher education institutions, policy makers, development projects and young women and men gathered to celebrate the kick-off of Expert Lane – Career Platform. The platform is developed by Dynamics Partners with RisiAlbania’ support and it was launched on a knowledge-sharing and celebration event.

Expert Lane is a unique platform for the Albanian market and is focused on empowering youth to develop their careers.  It offers career counselling and trainings through assessment based on renowned standardized psychometric tests and interpretation by certified counsellors.

Risi Albania representatives appraised the creation of this platform, known as a one-stop-shop career boosting platform, which goes through the full cycle of counseling: assessment, career projection, employability trainings and successful job placement.

During this event, the participants were also introduced with the results of the research “Needs and Challenges of Human Resources in Albania for Young Talent”, analyzing among others, most required soft skills, difficulties in recruitment process, diversity and inclusion, with a focus on BPO, Tourism, IT services and Telecom Sector.  During the event stakeholders of career services participated in the panel discussion on career services and employment issues in Albania.
