ABSA, Albanian Business Services Association, represented Albania at SSOW SHARED SERVICES Conference in PRAGUE on October 14-17, 2019.  ABSA lobbied during this event to attract foreign investors and clients to Albania aiming at boosting investment and developing the Business Process Outsourcing sector, BPO.

ABSA promoted Albania through highlighting the key advantages that make our country competitive in this sector. ” Albania’s presentation as a BPO destination and the specific services offered by our association members were of great interest and we look forward to an increase of investments in the future” – said Arjodida Rabmese, head of ABSA.

Albania has one of the youngest population in Europe, very well educated and highly capable in speaking various foreign languages,  the labor cost is low, ranked 8th in the world in “Protection of Minority Investors” among countries which are more easily accessible in the European region with regard to visa regime and work permits, among the most economically offshore BPO destinations, Innovation as a real drive for  progress, were some of the sector advantages presented.

The event was a great opportunity for networking and finding new customers from the four ABSA members who participated and promoted the services in the areas of Digital Marketing, IT & Innovation and Virtual Assistance.
