For the first time in the country Tirana Center of Technology (TCT), a training provider with high potential in ICT, in cooperation with RisiAlbania untapped the potential of expanding the training offer online. The first virtual classes were established, enabling students out of Tirana to obtain high quality job related ICT training which was not available in their area, without any additional and even lower costs.

This innovative learning platform was supported by updated curricula adapted to the demand of employers, qualitative instructors, marketing and dissemination activities which improved the performance of in house courses as well. Moreover, in cooperation with RisiAlbania TCT has strengthened the training offer by building relationships with employers to enhance the employment of the trainees.

“We have found the collaboration with RISI Albania towards online IT training a guidance to business planning, and strategic to successfully attempting this endeavor” – says Rezart one of the founders of TCT.

Since June 2018 when the cooperation with RisiAlbania started, TCT has designed and is delivering 8 ICT courses online through the virtual platform. The performance of the courses in house has reached full capacity. Since cooperation with RisiAlbania up to end of 2018, TCT reports 108 more trainees than the same period in 2017.
