ALBINFO.CH, a printed and online platform that aims to strengthen ties between Albanian diaspora and Switzerland, has cooperated for the first time with tour operators and tourism businesses in Albania to promote the country’s alternative tourism offers among Swiss tourists and entrepreneurs.  Published in German, Albanian and French, its three sections are built around hiking, culture and adventure tourism products.

“The special edition of Albinfo.ch, supported by SDC, through its RisiAlbania project, aims at introducing new destinations and tourism offers in Albania”, – said Dr. Bashkim Iseni, Albinfo.ch Platform Director.

We expect that this innovative collaboration will continue, thus exposing tourists to Albania’s inland offer, which will in turn generate sustained economic growth and jobs creation in rural areas.
