Business growth is an engine of job creation. Risialbania therefore strives to promote private sector development.

The choice of sectors for intervention has a significant impact on the aimed results and on the beneficiaries. Therefore, RisiAlbania has paid attention to the identification of sectors that represent (i) potential for development and (ii) that respond to the employment needs of young people from urban and rural areas, girls and boys, with different educational levels. From this evaluation process, the three sectors selected for our interventions are Agro-processing, Tourism and ICT.
