RisiAlbania project aims for civil society organizations – in particular the representatives of the Youth Associations and the Private Sector- to be able to advocate for specific issues related to the access of young people to the labor market, and discuss these issues with policy-makers for better policies and practices regarding youth employment.
As a means to achieve this goal the project uses public debates that focus on the needs for skills and education, working conditions, employment and dismissal policies, access to knowledge about the labor code by job seekers, decent work etc. Such debates target in particular disadvantaged groups, such as girls and women in rural areas. The results of such awareness activities contribute to improving youth employment policies and to support programs for certain groups in need.
