Our partners

During the implementation of its strategy, RisiAlbania works closely with partners that support the project in designing and carrying out the interventions. These partners assist in facilitating the aimed market changes by collaborating in various stages of our project.

In line with RisiAlbania’s vision to achieve systemic changes within the targeted sectors, partnerships are developed with a number of different market players. These partners, as an integral part of the market system represent key drivers of change, and are considered the cornerstone of the changes RisiAlbania seeks to stimulate.

BSPs represent one of the main partners of the project. They are key participants and strong drivers of change within our project’s interventions. By BSP we mean companies such as marketing consultancies, financial institutions, private or public agencies, etc. that offer businesses services such as sales and marketing support, information dissemination, advocacy, skills development, financial assistance, etc.
These involve among others food processors, tour operators, call centers and IT companies who benefit from improved services stimulated by the project. As primary creators of jobs for young people, RisiAlbania’s interventions aim at developing their incentives and capacities to grow their business and invest in job creation.
The project seeks to involve sector, industry or business related organizations to lobby for a conducive business environment. They can be particularly active with regards to advocacy and public awareness. These associations have a large pool of members in their networks at regional and/or national level and provide recognized expertise.
Media plays a key role in disseminating information relevant for young people and businesses alike. The project aims for all types of media organizations to eventually target youth employment issues with strengthened capacities and innovative channels.

The National Employment Service (NES) and private recruitment companies are crucial to improve the relevance and outreach of job placement services. As key partners of RisiAlbania, we aim together at improving matching services for young women and men in Albania, both skilled and low-skilled, rural and urban.

These organizations are essential to advocate for better conditions for today’s youth and getting access to work is increasingly at the top of their agenda. In this regard, they seek more, better jobs for youth, better mediation and useful labour market information, which should not only inform them but also ideally help to make them more employable.
These involve Ministries, public agencies and national authorities that regulate the different sectors RisiAlbania operates in and have therefore a particular strategic importance. The project will assure the involvement of all public stakeholders, specifically in interventions targeting Sector-specific Ministries (Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth, Ministry of Agriculture Rural Development and Waters; Ministry of Urban Development and Tourism; Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Business, Ministry of Innovation and Public Administration, etc.) Public institutions represent also active actors, especially with regards to policy and awareness related interventions.
There are several donor funded projects in Albania in various sector-specific projects on business development as well as on labour market and youth employment issues. Together with initiatives aimed at strengthening civil society, the donor community can play an active role, especially on interventions that relate to advocacy and public debate. RisiAlbania ensures strategic synergy through continuous dialogue with all relevant donors and projects.
