RisiAlbania uses the Standard on Results Measurement by the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED), recognized as the most efficient and credible framework for measuring results. The DCED standard provides a methodology through which RisiAlbania is able to clearly link and attribute changes at different levels to its interventions.

It the framework of DCED, the project has develop an efficient internal management tool that supports staff to support decision-making based on results in all stages of the project. The monitoring system of RisiAlbania insures that gender aspects are well documented and accounted for.

Over the course of the project, RisiAlbania is developing a solid results measurement system, of which the capacities of staff and partners are an essential component. The project works closely with similar youth employment projects in the region, benefiting from joint initiatives and positive regional exchanges.
