RisiAlbania project aims to improve the employment services offered by public and private providers, in order to reconcile supply and demand in the labor market and to facilitate the access of young men and women to vacant jobs. In the context of project interventions, the National Employment Service (NES) is improving its services to further develop interaction with private businesses; NES staff was trained and new instruments and approaches -that respond better to the needs of job seekers and businesses- were identified. In addition, private recruitment companies and online portals develop their services -and at the same time ensure a profitable and sustainable business- by facilitating access to job seekers and employers.
